Combat Health Support Across All Levels
The Alaska XP® Medical Shelter System is modular and scalable, supporting three key levels of medical care:
Echelon II – Division-Level Care
- Expanded services beyond Echelon I, including dental, x-ray, lab, and patient-holding
- Preventive medicine (PVNTMED) and combat operational stress control (COSC)
- Used by forward, main, division, and brigade support medical companies
Echelon III – Corps-Level Combat Support Hospital
- First full hospital facility for resuscitation, wound surgery, and postoperative treatment
- Stabilizes patients for evacuation or return to duty (RTD) within theater operations
Echelon IV – Field and General Hospitals
- Configurable for 15-bed to 200-bed field hospitals
- Expands theater-level capabilities for sustained medical care
Rapid Deployment Medical Shelters
Speed saves lives. The Alaska XP® Medical Shelter System enables medical treatment within minutes of setup:
- 20’ wide x 32.5’ long – deploys in under 10 minutes with a trained crew of 6
- 20’ wide x 39’ long – deploys in under 12 minutes with a trained crew of 6
Both shelters are 10’ high at the peak and built for maximum efficiency in expeditionary missions.

Designed to perform in the harshest conditions, the Alaska XP® Medical Shelter System ensures mission readiness in:
- Snow, rain, hail, and high winds
- Mountain, tundra, jungle, desert, and arctic terrains
- Extreme temperatures: maintains 72°F in +125°F heat and 65°F in -10°F cold with the Alaska ECU® (optional)
Included energy-saving enhancements feature a liner system and LED lighting to improve efficiency. Optional supplemental systems, such as EnerLayer® insulation and the Alaska Solar Fly®, can drastically reduce energy usage in any deployment.
Mobile and Modular Transport Solutions
Expeditionary operations demand mobility. The Alaska XP® Medical Shelter System is designed for rapid relocation:
- Carry bag systems or reusable Alaska Reusable Containers™ with forklift handling
- Four 20’ x 32.5’ shelters fit in four containers, stackable on a single standard 463L pallet
