This integrated system provides military units with a rapidly deployable solution for complete meal preparation, serving, and comfortable dining in challenging environments.
The BICON Kitchen Unit is designed for ease of transport and setup, capable of being fully deployed by just two personnel in less than 9 minutes. A single 5-ton Alaska ECU® (Environmental Control Unit) efficiently heats and cools the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring year-round comfort regardless of extreme climate conditions. Alaska Defense® backs its rugged shelter systems and ECUs with an industry-leading 10-year warranty, underscoring its commitment to durability, reliability, and long-term field performance.
